Household Battery Drop-Off Locations: (Scroll down for car battery locations)
All types of household batteries must be recycled - it's required by state law. All the sites below accept rechargeable batteries; the sites highlighted in blue accept both rechargeable and non-rechargeable (alkaline) batteries. Please separate battery types for easier recycling, and tape the positive (+) terminal on your batteries before dropping off. By law, cell phones and rechargeable batteries should be accepted anywhere they are sold.
