Anything that cannot be separated for reuse, recycling or composting at the end of its life - Items will be charged a per ton fee and disposed at a landfill.
Items accepted at no fee include: auto batteries, latex paint, antifreeze, cooking oil, used motor oil & filters. This is a California Certified Oil Collection Center that offers 40¢ per gallon for used oil.

RECYCLING BUYBACK/DROP-OFF: aluminum, tin, plastics, glass bottles, flattened cardboard, mixed paper, metal appliances & scrap metal are accepted ($ paid for CRV materials and scrap metal). Secure document destruction available (fee applies). Cooking oil and motor oil also accepted free of charge (keep oils separate). You can also drop-off or shop for reusable items in good condition. Items accepted: clothes, books, file cabinets, desks, doors, windows, tools, lawn & garden equipment.

Items accepted: cooking oil and grease, insecticides, paints, thinner, solvents, cleaners, syringes, outdated medicines, BBQ propane tanks, old gasoline, batteries, automotive fluids & fluorescent bulbs. No radioactive materials, explosives, ammunition or PCBs.
You can transport only 15 gallons or 125 pounds maximum per trip.

What is CRV?
Glass, aluminum & plastic beverage containers labeled CRV (California Refund Value) can be redeemed at designated centers for 5¢ per container under 24 oz, and 10¢ per container 24 oz and above. Non-CRV glass, metal and plastic beverage containers are accepted for recycling at most drop-off recycling locations.
